Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have seven days after receiving your ring or pendant to return the product for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping:
It can take up to ten working days before we are able to ship your ring or pendant but we often are able to ship sooner than ten working days. We are often able to ship after 6 or 7 working days. This time frame does not include shipping time.
If you need your package sooner, we offer rush order manufacturing for an additional 20% charge. We also offer overnight shipping options to expedite delivery.
We offer combined shipping for all orders of two or more rings (or pendants).
Exchange Policy:
We are happy to exchange your ring for a different size as long as it has not been worn. If your ring doesn’t fit properly, send it back to us and we will ship you a new ring in the correct size. Before shipping the ring, send us an email describing the problem and please let us know what your new ring size is. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
If your ring starts looking scratched and a little banged up, send it back to us and we will take the scratches out and shine it up for you. It will look as good as new. Our products are guaranteed for life.
